The Internship and Trainee program is designed to allow young professionals to gain valuable work experience in their field while engaging in cultural exchange activities in the USA receiving hands-on experience in U.S. business practices.
The program lasts for 12 months and include multiple benefits such as professional growth through a rigid training plan, health insurance, housing (associated with most employers), etc.
While on the program you will be eligible to apply for a US Social Security Number and open your U.S. Bank account while engaging in cultural exchange activities.

- A young professional with at least 5 years experience in their field. Or;
- A full-time student at a tertiary institution. Or;
- A recent graduate (No more than 12 months ago) holding a post-secondary academic degree from an institution outside of the U.S. Or;
- A University graduate with at least one year of experience in a related field
