About J1 Summer Work and Travel

The J1 Work and Travel Program  is a cultural exchange program that allows college and university students to go to the USA to share their culture and ideas through temporary work and travel . The program duration is 12 weeks in the summer between May 5th- September 5th

To qualify for the program you must fulfil the following requirements:

• Must be between the ages 18-30
• Must be a full- time student of  tertiary institution pursuing either a Degree, Master's or Associates Degree
• Must be registered in both semesters of the current academic year pursuing at least 12 credits per semester with a GPA of at least 2.0

Registration Fee: $2,500.00 JMD

Program Fee: $1750.00 USD
